Step
Step
Before you decorate anything, pull all of the existing things off of the surface (or out of the room) and start fresh. This master reset is the perfect time to clean (admittedly not many peoples' favorite part of decorating, or life for that matter).
Step
It's so much easier to do it when things are moved out of your way. Dust with a Swiffer Duster. Wipe your walls down with a few drops of Dawn in warm soapy water.
Step
On a strict "no-color" mission, she really had to get creative with texture and holiday themes that everyone is always so excited about. Would you believe that her Christmas tree was decorated exclusively with these supplies from The Home Depot? Do you love these geometric walls? Mandi has a tutorial for these too.
Step
Step
She made Himmeli ornaments out of the white cocktail straws and wire. And Himmeli wreaths for the mantel.
Step
Next, she sprayed a box of old cheap ornaments with Kilz Primer, and made garland out of PVC Pipe.
Step

Step
Another great and creative idea is to make a wreath out of wooden dowels.
